So you're interested in becoming a Monster. Great. We only search for people who can complement and improve the current team, so here's what you can expect to happen during our hiring process and beyond...
SUBMIT YOUR INTEREST
Once you've expressed interest, either by applying for a job or sending us your CV, our first step will be to review your profile for a match to our open positions. If we don't have anything available, we'll let you know but will keep your profile should something open up later. We will always come back to you and confirm our next steps.
CHAT WITH OUR RECRUITER
Our next step will be to give you a call for a quick chat. This is to get us introduced and set up an e-interview or an interview directly with a Team Leader.
INTERVIEW WITH TEAM MANAGER
Those who successfully pass the interview the Team Leader will then chat with the Team Manager either over the phone or face to face before moving onto the next stage.
COLLECT REFERENCES
At this stage we'll be reaching out to reference contacts and asking them to complete our reference requests.
